Shipping
We ship everywhere in the United States via USPS. Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 (3–5 business days) and is free on orders of $100 or more. Orders placed before 2 PM Central on a business day typically ship the same or next business day, and you will receive tracking by email the moment your label is created.
Note: peptide protocol orders arranged through your provider ship separately under their own cold-chain shipping terms — this page covers our online store (pens, cartridges, and supplies) only.
All Sales Final
Because our pens, cartridges, and pen needles are sterile medical supplies, all sales are final. Once an order ships, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded — sterile products cannot safely re-enter inventory after leaving our facility.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@thefunctionalweightloss.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace the affected items at no cost.
